A Competent Professional with over 35 years of experience. He has build a strong, experienced and close-knit team of dedicated personnel and in-house agencies to meet the most challenging work and Designs as per requirements. Its experience in coordinating outstation projects in terms of timely delivery of men and material on site, without compromising on cost and quality, can be best judged from the fact that every single outstation and local project has been completed as conceived and on time.
• Mr. Vikas Gehlot :
A Competent Professional with over 7 years of experience. He is a interior Designer, Has Worked with Professional Architect / Interior Designer to understand the design process and execution of the work. Taking experience as Project Management and working closely with the team for out most built & finishing quality.
OUR WAYS OF HANDELING PROJECTS
• The project under execution is segmented into different activities, correct assessment of time required, man power deployment, material required and other logistics are worked out, and this allows for optimization of resources, for timely completion of projects. Client and Architect’s requirements or schedules are integrated to ensure effective time management.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Work is closely monitored for quality and time schedule by efficient project managers. Assisted by competed “Mistry” supervisors-who are well versed in all aspects of work, be is carpentry, civil, P.O.P, painting & polishing, waterproofing etc. Close co-ordination is maintained with other agencies involved in project.
